Bells Whisky help Help for Heroes

A Great Idea

Bells Whisky is throwing its weight behind the charity Help for Heroes this Christmas starting in November pledging one million pounds. There will be a percentage of profits of each limited edition bottle going to the charity. Bells Whisky has replaced its normal bottle label with the Help for Heroes so it can be easily recognised by drinkers.

Bells are not just stopping there. The Scotch brand will be attempting to run the largest pub quiz across UK pubs on the 29th November for Help for Heroes as well. Bells is the biggest Whisky brand in the UK so they should smash the £1m target.

    To Whom It May Concern

My name is Adam Graystone and I am writing to you today on behalf of Wallington Operatic and Dramatic Society. We are a local theatre company based in the Carshalton / Wallington area and each year we put on two productions, one in the spring the other in November.

For this year’s November show we staging two well known episodes of Dads Army and will be including some musical entertainment. During the performance there will be a fully licensed bar and in the interval we will be serving a fish and chip supper.

Within our November shows we also try to help raise funds for charity and this year we have chosen Help for Heroes.

We are looking for donations towards the nightly raffle or the Lucky Programme Draw. Obviously anything you are willing to donate will be greatly appreciated. In return we can offer you an acknowledgment in our programme and some advertising on our sponsors’ board which will be displayed in the main lobby.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards

    Adam Graystone
