At 'the purveyor' we recognise sometimes you just want a straight answer to a straight question, so here we go…

Do you do refunds?

Yes we do on damaged or faulty goods. You can email us on customerservices@thepurveyor.com, or ring us on +44 (0)1252 669209. Please see Terms and Conditions for the detail.

Do you deliver at work?

Yes we do, infact we recommend it if there is the chance nobody will be at home to receive the order.

Will you still deliver if I am not at home?

We will deliver to a neighbour if they are in, or leave in a special place if you instruct us to do so. Unfortunately we are unable to insure such deliveries, so they are left at your own risk.

Can I refuse delivery if I think the goods look damaged when they arrive?

Yes you can, and the courier will return the delivery to 'the purveyor' and we will send a new delivery three days later at no cost to you.

How much is your delivery cost?

Delivery is £5.49 for upto 3 days delivery. We also have a premier delivery service which promises to deliver next day between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm providing the order is placed before 12pm on weekdays. This delivery is £8.99 for next day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we only deliver to the UK and the USA. We can, however, deliver to other international destinations by special arrangement. If you are interested please contact us on +44 (0)1252 669209.

Can I order only one bottle?

Yes, we take orders from one bottle to a trunker.

Can I ring you instead to place an order?

Yes please ring +44 (0)1252 669209 and we will be only too happy to help.

Can you get hold of brands not on your website?

If they are luxury brands yes we normally can.
